“The new paint made them angry”
I think the Reno's went to their heads. It was very fancy but hard to find a pleasant person working. There is no ice machine you are to bring the bucket to them or call for ice, but when you do it seems like an inconvenience. “Nice spot, noisy stay”
We chose this hotel for a weekend getaway due to its location and reputed service. Unfortunately, our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped.
