“Great Hotel with Good Location”
Hotel located in good location. Stay safe with them. Bed is very comfort. Environment is pretty good. Breakfast is not variety but yummy.

“Nice hotel with Amazing Spa”
I really liked this hotel. Bedding - very comfortable. Room layout nice. Shower doesn’t have a door so that might be inconvenient for some. Ok the thing that really puts this hotel over the line is the spa. First it’s beautiful- like a hidden grotto beneath a normal hotel. It feels super ups… lisää

“Almaty bliss”
Superb location, got a Mountain View covered with snow. Nice amenities and well located hotel . Got a mall near by to shop and plenty of restaurants near by. It got swimming pool to relax and a spa. It was a memorable stay. Recommeded for family

“Location with a great mountaines view”
Nice hotel with spectacular view on the mountaines. The location is not in the center and lack comfrot walking zone around, but it is quite and paecefull. Great SPA complex with perfect massage.

“Passable at best”
Stayed here many times. The room service menu has been upgraded but food quality isn’t great. 2 things annoy me - there is no takeaway coffee at breakfast and there is no gym.
