“Gorgeous rooms!”
I only stayed here for one night (well half a night) but the bedroom was absolutely gorgeous! Huge room, comfortable bed, thick curtains. “Not a 5 star”
The hotel was before inter continental 5 star but after years its a good 4 star some facilities even 3 stars like breakfast... The price is cheap but it's not a 5 star.What you pay is ok but definitely needs refurbishment and category reconsideration... The location is center but this center is not… lisää

“Decent Business Hotel”
We stayed here to visit the Expo2017 and although it was not as close to the site as we had expected, it is in the older part of Astana closer to the people and culture. “The hotel is well maintained and still pleasant”
There are some details that make me upset and all of them are concerning the service I stay 2 nights and second one the tv dind't work , i called the front office and they promised to send a technician , after one hour wait i gave up and I called again the morning after.
