“Great food and nice people”
We did not sleep at this place (unfortunately), but came for dinner and a beer. The food was really the best food we had after two weeks in Kenya! “Beautiful riverside lodge”
Incredibly beautiful lodge with delicious food and very friendly staff. Had a wonderful lunch and looks very picturesque in front of the Kimugu River. The buttered chicken was especially and the owners had some very helpful local advice.

“Super location”
We spent 2 nights at kimugu river lodge. The owner sarbjit and rekhaben and all the staff made us feel very welcome. We have now ended up as very good friends. Kimugu River Lodge has come of age and rooms, so not pricy, certainly would do with some renovation. It features a restaurant with excellent and very original Indian food and the friendly and helpful owners and the staff do their best to make clients feel comfortable and welcome.
