“Delightfully Luxurious”
We travelled up to Jin Jiang to the north of Xiamen via train from Shenzhen and had booked a 7 seat van from the Pullman Shishi Mattison. “Not Well Prepared”
Did not ask if I smoke and assigned a smoking floor which I needed to change after complaining. Before arrival already asked not to reserve the room at the end of the floor, still, arranged the room at the end of the corner. What is the purposes for asking my preferences?

“Good location but still needs to improve a lot !”
The best thing about this hotel is the location; and it is relatively new in decoration. However the staff need to be properly trained if this hotel should be qualify as a Pullman. “Ok hotel but has 2* service”
Nothing great about this hotel. Looks nice on the outside but average inside and service was terrible. There are other hotels in Shishi that will offer better deals and a better price. This hotel was very regimented and you even cannot swim in the pool without wearing an ill fitting hotel swim cap.… lisää
