“location is good”

Location is good, just opp Lanzhou train station. My room-rate don't come with breakfast. Nearby lot of eating place. Don't worry about food. Room is clean. Wifi is good This hotel does take in foreigner. As you know not all hotel in China can house foreigners.

“Price Quality is very good”

This hotel is next to railway station (not the fast train). There are many restaurants nearby. It is comfortalbe and well located for onwards travel. The reception is a bit slow and little English is spoken. There is nothing special of this hotel.

Room Nice clean and well equipped. My room comes with small shower but it has shower gel, shampoo and tooth paste etc. Room slippers and Big bath towels are also available. There is in house hot water airport and also nice big TV. The street view of the busy Tianshui Nan Lu can be seen. Location Very good, and convenient, the opposite bus stop bus 112 brings you to the water wheel park directly for only 1 RMB. Also many eateries and convenient stores around. Price Reasonable

“Location is great in you arrive by train but the tour service is a bit disappointing”

The location is excellent and its directly opposite the train station. Upon arriving don't be surprised to have to wait a while, there always seems to be a lot of people wanting the receptionist's help and the level of English is very low. The location is excellent and its directly opposite the train station. Upon arriving don't be surprised to have to wait a while, there always seems to be a lot of people wanting the receptionist's help and the level of English is very low. They were unable to find our booking, but we didn't find this out until we tried to check out so don't be surprised if your deposit is very big (ours was 700yuan for two nights). We tried to arrange a tour to Bingling Si, but due to language issues we got put off and passed on to so many people that by the time the answer we got was ok, it was too late to leave on the same day which was inconvenient as we only had one full day in Lanzhou. We had a twin room on the 21st floor, the views were good but the room stank of smoke, but the air conditioning was powerful and you kind of got used to the smell. We didn't eat breakfast here as there are many excellent street food sellers outside of the train station in the morning and the evening as well as supermarkets nearby. There are only two lifts for the whole hotel and these can get busy in the morning and late evening. When checking out, make sure you get your full deposit back and stand your ground, they tried to charge us twice for the room (even though we had paid online and provided the booking reference) knowing some basic mandarin or having a phrase book will help you greatly. The room itself is worth the money, you get comfy beds, two towels each, plus a shower mat and two face cloths. There is soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste provided as well as shower gel/soap and plenty of toilet roll. In the room you get a small balcony of sorts but It is enclosed by windows, bedside tables, table and chairs, computer, wardrobe and kettle.
