I had 3 nights at this brilliant hotel and I have no qualms in returning if I am revisiting Guangzhou in the near future. This hotel is strategically located in YeXiu area, the oldest area comprises commerce and residences with a public park, lots of shops, eateries some coffee places as well as mrt which is just stone throw. This hotel has the strongest, most approachable conceirge and front desk team who worked diligently and professionally. I found them very helpful, Steven from concierge team was a genuine, helpful gem. Julia and Steven from the front desk as well as other staff like Candy and Jiao Jiao are perfect housekeeping team. Breakfast is an eye pleasing feast which came with delicious western and Cantonese fare. While Cantonese dish like wonton was just ok but the beef congee was a top notch and as a Cantonese, i approve Other dishes won my heart too. Tony at breakfast place along with Justin Luo, Nancy and Tracy all elevated our breakfast experience. The suite room i received was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet was very modern with all the buttons of functions. My only gripe is the weak AC and some mushy smell which I believe coming from the centralised system. I have told them about this problem and they are working hard to resolve this problem. Not only staff, the GM, Mr Kevin Gong was the epitome of hospitality along with Steven Jiang, the FOM. They even came to see me at breakfast and presented a lovely parting gift. Such a gesture left a lasting impression and I will definitely return to this property should I revisit Guangzhou.

Loved the hospitality, specially the bellboy was good in English and was helping us out with things to do in Guangzhou. The rooms was kept clean which is my number one priority on hotels I stay. 4 stars because the food I ordered wasn’t great at all. Order a classic burger . May be I just should… lisää

Great hotel with top notch service. Stayed for 2 nights during the end of Canton Trip where all hotels doubled to tripled their price. The hotel is very clean. Close to the Yuexiu park and walking distance to a famous dimsum restaurant. Beiyuan Cuisine. The rooms were very clean and of reasonable size. The Bell service were really good. I had quite a few Taobao packages. They do not complain, in fact they offered to have it delivered to my room. One of my package need to be collected and they also help in collecting it. Had a lovely stay there. One of my very good hotel during this trip.
