I think this hotel is very good, the decoration is very good, the hotel is new, but there are not many kinds of food in the restaurant. Hotel staff service is very good. Nancy was great, and Rita, Allen and lina left a deep impression on me.The price is very cheap.

“Not Up to Five Star Standards.”

Not sure what to say about this hotel though I think that a three star is the best balance. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room very clean and comfortable. Not sure what to say about this hotel though I think that a three star is the best balance. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room very clean and comfortable. The staff at the main restaurant was very nice and they maintained an area at the back of the restaurant for its platinum, diamond, and ambassador members so elite members would have a quiet place to eat. Generally, the rest of the hotel staff members were very kind and friendly. There is nothing around the hotel. You need to walk about ten to fifteen minutes or so to the nearest metro station to be able to find decent places to eat or to travel to the Nanshan area which is part of the downtown area. Do not expect any type of complimentary upgrade. As a diamond ambassador I did not receive any upgrades and I stayed there two or three times. They could not even provide a standard room on a high floor. Also, it was expensive given the location and for a standard room. I think that staying at a Holiday Inn Express or the Even hotel would be a better choice. It would be much cheaper, a much better chance at complimentary upgrades, and closer to downtown. At the Holiday Inn Express I even got upgraded to a suite and at the Even hotel besides a bigger room on a higher floor on my most previous stay, I was given access to its complimentary Happy Hour.
