Hna Business Hotel Downtown Haikou

“Very good location”

The room is OK, clean and big enough, but nothing modern. Breakfast is also good in Chinese style. The point is we are at the heart of Haikau, restaurants, Park and department store are around us. I feel safe explore there.

Hotel is located in a good location, a lot of food near the hotel. Room is very old and run down with old smell from the carpet very disappointing. “Flight was ok but check in and waiting for luggage was a little long and difficult..”

The checkin and disembark was a little long and flight details was not always up to date and time.... We had to enquire a few times with regard the correct boarding time.....Also when we disembarked, it was a little problematic as we could not find our luggage and only after about 40 minutes, did it appear.... There was also no-one who spoke English and this in itself, is a MAJOR problem when arriving in Beijing

“Rock hard bed but good value for money ”

This hotel BADLY needs some TLC. Luckily the inside is a lot nicer than the outside. But it matches Haikou. I'd avoid the place if you can. “Don't expect too much ”

Stayed one night here on business in June 2017. This is a dated hotel clearly showing its age. The air-conditioning system was either nearing the end of its life, or in need of a real fix. Even with the air conditioning turned up to the maximum in my room, the humidity was still unbearably high and the temperature warm. All this made for a very uncomfortable experience, as my rock hard bed remained damp and never dried fully. Furthermore, it is very dim with no ceiling lighting in rooms, and carpets in a real need of refresh. Bathrooms are functional but again, very dated. Hotel breakfast is passable, but be warned: the food is extremely greasy. Glad I only stayed one night.
