The lobby's interios and decorations were just amazing! While the hotel does have a slightly old feel, the sheer scale and authentic design make it more than worth a stay. I stayed in a Duplex Suite. Each floor was very spacious, clean and well-organized. They decorated the room so cutely and lovely! The necklace they gave me now reminds me of Hainan's memory. [ Service ] The staff were incredibly friendly, which was really touching. Special thanks to the staffs! I wish I could have stayed more than one night. [ Tips ] There is a river cruise and a small train that go around the hotel. Riding them really made me realize how hugh the hotels. There's also a path leading to the beach, so be sure to enjoy the ocen there! (However, swimming is prohibited ) Don't forget to try the fitness center! it's the best!

A wonderful hotel with classic Chinese architecture. The breakfast and dinner buffets are predominantly Chinese-style, as most of the guests are Chinese. Nevertheless, the food is fresh and delicious, and they serve excellent sashimi for dinner. The excellent Spanish restaurant, La Mesa, is highly recommended. The pool is very clean and uncrowded, and there are always free sun loungers. The staff is wonderful, very attentive, and even without speaking English, they always try to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. There were two downsides to my six-day stay: all the drinks were lukewarm, and there were no refrigerators—neither beer, white wine, nor soda were chilled. And most importantly, they upgraded my room (which would seem like a plus), but it didn't have a bathtub on the balcony, as I wanted. Instead of a jacuzzi (which is included and is written on the wall of the room), there was a wooden deck with a dead rat lying underneath. I booked through Accor Hotel and got such a surprise. This certainly didn't ruin my vacation, but I didn't expect such a "surprise"...
