Had an incredible first experience at Sanya Sunshine Hotel, staying in their ocean view room! The room is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed—the ocean view from the room is absolutely gorgeous, making our stay so relaxing. The breakfast here is excellent with a wide variety of options. Local specialties, international dishes, fresh fruits and pastries—all fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. We loved our morning meals with the sea view. What made our trip even better was the rich parent-child activities available. There were fun games, craft activities, and interactive sessions that kept our kid entertained all day. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Sanya Sunshine Hotel is definitely a top choice for family travel. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

The 270° family sea-view views are unreal—the ocean views from the room and balcony are absolutely stunning, we just never get tired of looking at them. The room is gorgeous, super clean and stylish, with all the family-friendly touches we needed. Our little one was in heaven with all the kids’ activities and play areas—endless fun for them! The service was top-tier too, the staff were so nice and helpful the whole time. 10/10 experience, made our family trip so special. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will be back soon!

Our family trip to Sanya was made wonderful thanks to our stay at Grand Soluxe Hotel & Resort Sanya. From check-in to check-out, every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk away from the beach. We could easily go for a walk by the sea, enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset every day. The rooms are bright, clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and good sound insulation, so we had a great rest every night. All the staff were polite, warm and attentive. They greeted us warmly whenever we met, and helped us solve our problems patiently. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, with both Chinese and Western choices to meet different tastes. The public areas and swimming pool were clean and well-maintained. This hotel is absolutely ideal for family vacations and leisure trips. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to Sanya. Highly recommended to everyone traveling to Sanya!

We stayed at this hotel before our flight due to its convenient location near the airport. We would like to extend our gratitude to Nick, the Guest Relations Manager, who assisted us both on the date of arrival and after we left. We stayed at this hotel before our flight due to its convenient location near the airport. We would like to extend our gratitude to Nick, the Guest Relations Manager, who assisted us both on the date of arrival and after we left. He speaks good English and is a generally very kind, friendly person. Since we had a lot of luggage and we were planning to come back to Hainan after a trip to another country, Nick kindly helped us store our heavy luggage that we didn't need for that trip at the hotel's storage room. We kept in touch on WeChat. Due to some delays, we came back later than planned, and Nick assisted us in sending one suitcase to another location with our driver. And when we finally came back to the hotel to pick up the remaining luggage that had been safely stored longer than expected, Nick kindly assisted us again. Thank you, Nick!
