This hotel is big, very good rooms and good restaurants. I had to move from another hotel from town to this one as had to be closer to my factory. I was quite hesitant at first when my office told me to move as this is a Chinese Hotel, not an international one but everything went very well. Most of them do not speak English here but using a language translator was easy and helpful. The customer service was very good. Only observation I had was their security staff who are located in the hotel. I know they are doing their job but they are very intimidating and are not at all friendly. The hotel management would need to train them in customer service for sure. They dont even say hello when you greet them.

“Hotel with WOW”

Well priced. Modern and interesting hotel with some beautiful inside and outside architecture. Situated beside a lake. Looks like some nice walks buy did not have time to check it out. Room was very well appointed. A large selection for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super nice. Room not that big but absolutely nice for couples on a vacation. Friendly staff and can conmunicate u. English well. I will recommend this hotel to foreign guests for they are so friendly and leave note at your room that they have free fruits for you. I will definetly go ba… lisää

“Excellent hotel”

This hotel is excellent. We had a stay here during the Local Leaders Meeting in Tanghsan in 6/2016 and it was great. This hotel is excellent. We had a stay here during the Local Leaders Meeting in Tanghsan in 6/2016 and it was great. As I arrived later than others and I had a Chinese guide, I can not complain about the check-in procedure, but a lot of people did. Rooms are beautiful, but what i valued most was the possibility to watch football from the bathtub! At the back of the hotel is a lake where you could go for a walk or go running (around 3 km for one lap). There is also an theme patk not far away from the hotel, but otherwise there is not much to do at the hotel and the centre is about 20-30 minutes away by taxi. The hotel offers also a sightseeing elevator, you should go for it, but dont expect too much. I suppose it offers a better look at night. The internet was not very reliable and fast.
