“It's a good stay”

The hotel is very near with Railway Station, which can take you to Xuexiang (Snow village). The price is not bad, compare to another hotel nearby. The staffs are nice, if you can talk in Chinese. Check in and check out is fast. The room is so comfy. There's heater too in the room, it works properly… lisää

This hotel sells itself as a 4 star establishment, however it is just a very average budget hotel. Initial check it was reasonably good, the guy who checked us in was polite and spoke english. This hotel sells itself as a 4 star establishment, however it is just a very average budget hotel. Initial check it was reasonably good, the guy who checked us in was polite and spoke english. He even helped with directions to get to central street in the evening. The location of the hotel is great, very close to central street, sun island and the tiger park. The room was clean and provided the basics that you would expect from any Chinese hotel such as slippers, tea, two bottles of water and some body wash in the shower. Our air conditioning was set to 25degrees and we couldnt figure out how to turn it down. Breakfast was your normal Chinese breakfast, it wasnt anything special. However the coffee was so insanely hot! I burnt my fingers due to the mugs not having handles. Check out was ok, we did our best to speak Chinese and they did their best to speak english, they gave us directions back to sun island. Id stay here again due to the location being so great, and the price being reasonable, but ill skip breakfast next time!

The check in was poor we were given the wrong room,it was not what we booked,we had to ask for a bigger room as my family was with me,the bathroom was not up to standard,the breakfast on the first day was poor but improved on the second,it rated as a 4 star hotel & very little English was spoken,sa… lisää

“On a par”

This hotel was like most hotels in its price range. The room was warm and there was a shower without a bath which was a bonus. You did not have to climb in and out! The breakfast was nothing special but there was no coffee, and this put a real damper on the morning. The staff who checked us in late… lisää

This hotel was like most hotels in its price range. The room was warm and there was a shower without a bath which was a bonus. You did not have to climb in and out! The breakfast was nothing special but there was no coffee, and this put a real damper on the morning. The staff who checked us in late at night were not that friendly and I would rate our experience with any of them as average to unfriendly. The location was fairly central to the attractions. Friends traveling with us had to change rooms twice before they found one with the number of beds we booked and heating that worked.
