Well placed overlooking a park in the new part of town, barely populated at present, the hotel is apparently owned by an oil company...although it doesnt show!! Good clean room, friendly and helpful staff, with limited English, and pretty good buffet in the main restaurant. Upstairs is a Cantonese chinese restaurant where the food is great but the undermanageress screamed at the staff and down the phone and rather spoiled the atmosphere. OK for a short stay though and pretty good value.

“Nice hotel in the new part of town”

Nice hotel, catering mainly to Chinese customers which means if you dont speak the language, it could be more problematic. Once you talk to them in Chinese, service is very friendly and they accommodated me also on opening the gym early. Somehow they had a problem parting with their paper maps but … lisää

Nice hotel, catering mainly to Chinese customers which means if you dont speak the language, it could be more problematic. Once you talk to them in Chinese, service is very friendly and they accommodated me also on opening the gym early. Somehow they had a problem parting with their paper maps but upon giving my room number and promising to return it, they helped me with finding a location to roam around in the evening. Which brings me to the location. In the new part of town, there is not much. There is a supermarket right next door however, and some little eateries, so for catering to oneself, its still convenient. If you want to see a little more of what Zhengzhou is about, take a taxi and go to the centre, which is near the train station. At night life is buzzing there, street vendors occupy the pedestrian area, and lots of shops around. Breakfast was nice, service very good and friendly.

“Rooms good, great views but poor restaurant”

Can't fault the rooms or the general ambience but the restaurant was a low point. Poor choice of food in the buffet and most of it lukewarm - the noodle bar was good though as all made fresh. Breakfast was a similar experience. Staff not able to communicate in English at all which makes it trick… lisää

Couldn't get wifi in my room so had to go to lobby - where I was then eaten alive by mozzies. Not the best experience.

“An average hotel”

The building was not meant for a hotel which caused rooms and hall ways look a bit funny. An average business hotel where service standard is acceptable but not outstanding. Breakfast is very "Chinese" with some, but not much, western flavor. No wireless in the room.

Local chinese hotel. Relatively new and comfortable. Stayed in a single room, bed is large and comfortable, but did not come with a bathtub. Room is spacious and bright. Breakfast table is decent. Local chinese hotel. Relatively new and comfortable. Stayed in a single room, bed is large and comfortable, but did not come with a bathtub. Room is spacious and bright. Breakfast table is decent. Located in the new part of Zhengzhou, so the surrounding environment is quite good and green, air is fresh, but relatively far away from the downtown area, especially challenging as the roads in Zhengzhou are narrow and full of traffic lights.
