Being a long-stayer for over a year, it simply self explains the wellness of Hotel Alexandra. Great services, even more personal than many so-called serviced apartments. Many many thanks housekeeping team putting efforts on room maintenance, especially Supervisor Cat and Maid Lan, both make my long stay comfortably. They try their very best to customise my daily needs with warm and quick response. No worry on cleanliness and tidiness. Will seriously follow up on everything. Can fully rely on and relax. Thanks Cafe A, not only Melissa and Ken, also the yummy food. Thanks Front Desk Manager Edgar for the nice arrangement caused by recent room renovation. Promising and consider from the guest’s point of view. Concierge team too with immediate assistance. No miss out, Sales Manager Erica. Thank you.

“Another great stay”

We have stayed at Hotel Alexandra numerous times and have held three events in their ballrooms for family birthdays. This time the cleaning lady was more than helpful and interacted with our child with kindness. Also the check-in was smooth as Timothy took care of our needs. Though we didn't get up… lisää

We have stayed at Hotel Alexandra numerous times and have held three events in their ballrooms for family birthdays. This time the cleaning lady was more than helpful and interacted with our child with kindness. Also the check-in was smooth as Timothy took care of our needs. Though we didn't get upgraded to the suite this time, it was still a good stay. And we missed the heated swimming pool as it was in maintenance this month, something we wanted to take advantage of during our staycation as our child wanted to swim during the Easter holidays. If you plan to go around HK during your stay, this is good hotel, but if you plan to do a staycation and stay connected using the Internet, you may need to hotspot to your phone as the hotel Wi-Fi is very, very slow, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to load a web page. Other than that, great service, great people and good atmosphere. Thank you Hotel Alexandra!

This hotel is convenient with a footbridge that can help you connect to the MTR station and then with some quiet homey vibes. Sparkly gold and palace decor, very Alexandra but not my style. This hotel is convenient with a footbridge that can help you connect to the MTR station and then with some quiet homey vibes. Sparkly gold and palace decor, very Alexandra but not my style. Still, very new and not too dated like some other hotels in HK. The queen suite I got is phenomenal. Not the suite with walk-in closet or to be ultra luxury but very practical with sofa in living room, open kitchen and a bathtub in the private bathroom of a dedicated bedroom. Very soft pillow and mattress. Bit too soft but still cosy. The level of space here is superb. This is apartment level kind of room in Hong Kong. Shout out to the amazing receptionists Kammy L and David K. You guys are very helpful throughout the stay!!

“Attentive & Helpful Staff”

Heartiest thanks for the hospitality from all the staff, especially Night Manager - Cody Duty Manager - Edgar who took very good care of us during our 2-week stay, they are absolutely the gems of the hotel.
