The hotel's location at the Citygate Outlets offers exceptional convenience for shopping. The interior design of the rooms at The Silveri is particularly noteworthy, characterized by its unique, sophisticated, and comfortable aesthetic. Shower amenities use Malin + Goetz brand, we really love the scent, very refreshing and distinctive. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited in terms of food and beverage variety, and the menu remained consistent throughout our stay.... While the gym is small, it is well-equipped with adequate Technogym brand equipment. Check in and check out processes were fast and smooth. For guests whose primary objective is shopping at the Citygate Outlets, The Silveri presents an ideal accommodation choice. The hotel is also not far from Hongkong Disneyland.

“Pretty nice”

We stayed in an executive room which included breakfast and access to the executive lounge. Hotel room is stylish, modern and comfortable. Hotel is attached to a large outlet mall. We stayed in an executive room which included breakfast and access to the executive lounge. Hotel room is stylish, modern and comfortable. Hotel is attached to a large outlet mall. Executive lounge is nice but food offerings in the evening are fairly average and a bit samey - had the potential to be better with more imagination. Breakfast in The Enclave restaurant was excellent. The swimming pool area was lovely. Friendly and attentive staff. A good airport hotel, but not somewhere I’d recommend for a holiday in HK as it’s too far from the city centre

We stayed one night after staying 2 nights at novotel citygate, we opted to try Silveri. Early check in was granted , like past 1pm and also because i'm an accor membe sic e 2019. We stayed one night after staying 2 nights at novotel citygate, we opted to try Silveri. Early check in was granted , like past 1pm and also because i'm an accor membe sic e 2019. Upon entering the room, i immediately used the toilet because i have an urge to pee that time. To my surprise, i found a pubic hair on the floor that is not mine. I did not tell my husband about it because transferrig rooms could be a hassle. And i fon't want him to get angry at the hotel we paid. Fast forward to the next morning we checked out early like 7:50 am. We just learned that time that we still have to go back to novotel citygatenwhere we camr from just to use the complimentary shuttle. Which silveri don't have. They don't even have a proper lobby. The reception in on the 9th floor which i find weird. So we have to go 1 floor down just to go bavk.yo.novotel yo.ride the complimentary airport/ hotel shuttle. The problem was the escalators are still not operational at that time 7:55 am to be exact and also the elevators not working yet. So we had to use the escalator manually to go 1 floor down to novotel then the this mishap happened.. my husband was carrying the heavier luggage and accidentally the luggage tumbled down the escalator all the way down to the last step of the escalotor. The problem was every shopping items we bought like perfumes, body wash, skin care, etc. were all there at that luggage .so we had several damaged items. To the housekeeping of silveri: it was horrifying finding a pubic hair of other people near the thrash can in the toilet! I regret transferring to this hotel from novotel citygate.
