“2 Nights stay, No complain”

Spend two nights here with the group. Room was specious, Free Wifi, Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful. Nth much around the hotel, can took a cab to the nearest mall with around 10 mins ride. If you need something at nights time for supper, better buy before you back to hotel.

Stayed here for business travel, 2 nights. This is a decent hotel with all you need when business travel, and you can tell it is a “designed” hotel. Stayed here for business travel, 2 nights. This is a decent hotel with all you need when business travel, and you can tell it is a “designed” hotel. The lobby and the front pool was very nice, but they don’t have a swimming pool. If you stay with Superior room or Suite, then you will have a nice view direct to the canal. Otherwise, the room would probably have a view of rear house roof. I can’t tell this is a hotel located “in the middle of nowhere” as 10RMB~17RMB on taxi will bring you to the very center of the WUXI city, but the thing is, there is no other restaurants/entertainment/fast food etc. in your walking distance except those in the hotel. The room itself is very cozy, and there is even a small library in the hotel where you can borrow the DVD free and enjoy in your own room. Though the amenities are not “top brands” as those 5 star fine hotels offers, still, the quality are quite acceptable. The staffs are quite helpful and nice, the room service is always prompt. Something should be improved is the breakfast, please do not use ONE tea bag in the pot for the entire breakfast, for everyone. Some leaf breakfast tea would be a good alternative option with no/slightly cost increase. And… Please prepare a toaster… Overall, it is a boutique hotel if you travel on business.

Stayed at this hotel for my second night in China. It is situated in a remote corner of Wuxi, another remote place in China. Finding our way there was a bit of a challenge as the roads are not well-lit and the signage of the hotel is well hidden. As the surrounding area was dark and traffic was very light, you would need to get to the city central via cab. Venturing out on foot would be a challenging enterprise. The room is nothing to shout about. Very basic and functional. Sound proofing was poor and I could hear my neighbours chatting outside my room. The toilet was alright with the basic amenities. Wifi signal was relatively weak too and trying to get connected was a frustrating process. They provide cable Internet though, so the inconvenience of a lack of a good wifi network is somewhat mitigated. The breakfast was not too bad and there was a fine selection of Chinese tea for consumption. A fuss-free hotel for business travelers. Nothing more.
