“Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff”

My wife and I stayed in this good hotel during May 2019 for three nights. We were here for holiday. The lobby of the hotel gave us a sense of dimension. It is clean and neat. The checking in was very smooth without any problem. In less than 15 minutes after stepping into the lobby, we were in our hotel room. We had a room at the Executive Floor. The room was clean, neat with the correct room temperature for the month of May. There were ample stock of toilet amenities, beverages, etc. We also received a welcome fruit basket. The breakfast is on ground floor. There were a large selection of food, tended towards more Chinese food. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We receive a lot of assistance from one of the staff, Ms. Tiffany. The hotel is in a very convenient place with a large square, super markets, shopping mall, restaurants. You would be spoilt of choices if you go to the mall next to the hotel. On the whole, we are very satisfied with the hotel, and shall come back again.

“Disappointing”

Although this supposed to be one of the top three hotels is Fushun, my stay sofar is disappointing. At first, if you stay for a week and prepaid everythinh, the hotel still asks for a depisot, my minibar is empty! Then the airco is a dissaster! Its not cooling down under 26C!!!!!!! Although this supposed to be one of the top three hotels is Fushun, my stay sofar is disappointing. At first, if you stay for a week and prepaid everythinh, the hotel still asks for a depisot, my minibar is empty! Then the airco is a dissaster! Its not cooling down under 26C!!!!!!! Also at night, 3 pm, its noisy on 18 th floor. The good thing, they have helpfull english speaking staff at the reception. But overal my stay so far is disappointing.

This is a beautiful hotel with a nice hall. The room has a spacious and comfortable bed. the Bathroom are huge with bathtub. Although its winter but the room temperature is set way too warm. I believe it is at least 26 degree Celsius. It can't be adjusted so I left my windows open. So much for ene… lisää

I believe it is at least 26 degree Celsius. It can't be adjusted so I left my windows open. So much for energy efficiency. Buffet Breakfast at Cafe Realm offers many varieties. Chinese & western food. Wanda mall is next door for shopping and food.
