“Very nice hotel.”

The hotel is very near the city center and the metro station. It consists of 3 towers. The rooms are suite-types, very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very near the city center and the metro station. It consists of 3 towers. The rooms are suite-types, very nice and comfortable. There is some problem with the communication between the Towers, as the breakfast is served in Tower C. The breakfast consists mostly of chinese delicases. Its price is very good, internationally speaking, compared to the quality of services. The poor English of the personnel can create problems.

Hotelli on suhteellisen puhdas, mutta jotkut huoneet tuoksuvat raskasta savuketta ja hometta. Buffetaamiainen oli hyvä vuonna 2008, mutta se alkoi vähitellen pahentua ajan myötä. Hotellin ravintolat ovat melko kalliita. Huonepalvelu on nopeaa, mutta joskus ei ratkaise ongelmia. Se on kaukana idässä, jossa monet turistit elävät. Hotelli on noin 10 minuuttia metrossa jalka, mikä on hienoa. Se on ATM, jossa voit saada käteistä amerikkalaisesta luottokortista. Hotellissa on uima-allas ja kampaamo. Se tuntuu 2 - 3 aloitushotelli, mutta se on lueteltu 4 tähden. Kaiken kaikkiaan se ei ole huono.

This is a curate's egg of a hotel. There are plus points. My suite was large, comfortable, well laid out, clean and quiet. The standard of housekeeping was very good on the whole. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. The minus points I think outweighed the plus points. Hardly any of the staff spoke more than a few words of English. There were no English language newspapers (not even the China Daily) available in reception. The food was undistinguished on the whole (although I had an excellent and reasonable dinner in the Sichuanese restaurant). The towels in the bathroom were always damp. There was no coffee machine in the suite: just some rather dull teabags. The wifi was slow.
