The Xi’an Canopy Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in China. The location is perfect, as it is on the Grand Tang mall and offers access to not only a ton of food stalls but also great restaurants and shopping. The hotel's exterior at night is also breathtaking. The check-in process was smooth, and I was told I was upgraded due to my status as a Diamond Member of Hilton. As the luggage attendant showed me into my room, I was not ready to see a two-story suite. The room was incredible and super clean. It had two-story windows and a separate living room downstairs. I was more than amazed. The bed was nice and soft and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. The only single downside I found was that the room would not cool down very well during the day. There are some great amenities at the hotel, including the workout room and restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning, and there was an excellent selection of food. The hotel was a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Tang Mall, which can get extremely crowded on some days. It was our oasis every time we came back to rest.

I would like to commend your team for the excellent service provided during my stay. Not only did your team warmly greet us on every occasion, but they also went above and beyond to assist us with our transportation arrangements. In particular, I truly appreciated how your staff station outside the hotel ensured that my Didi driver was able to locate the hotel easily, even going the extra mile to cross the road and help guide and hail the driver for us. Everyone of them held the same level of standard to greet us when we were in and out of the hotel This level of attentiveness, initiative, and genuine care is not something we encounter often, and it made our experience both seamless and memorable. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to the team for their outstanding hospitality.

Canopy Xi'an situated just next to one of the popular tourist hot-spots in Xi'an, besides just about 5 minutes walk to nearby Metro then you can travel around this huge city. The atmosphere is one of the best hotels we ever visited. Colourful but you won't get distract. The hotel's colour in fact, catch our eyes once entered the hotel. In terms of the room, it's value for money and clean. Want to say thank you to Daisy GUO, the manageress and her team in Ambrosia. The staff are helpful and attentive to every customers' need. Also appreciated Raymond FU, he made excellent coffee and very polite as well. Last but not the least, we met the General Manager about to check out, she explained the vision and details of the hotel, even though she knew we were departing. One of the good hotels we ever stayed, will certainly come back again in not near future.
