“Genius Lynn amazing stay”
Amazing stay at W Chengdu, thanks to the incredibly warm and professional Lynn！ From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Lynn’s attention to detail, genuine kindness, and efficiency truly made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical if I will enjoy playful vibe W offer thus I never booked a stay until this trip. my partner strongly suggest to make booking for his birthday here and thus I did. “Great location”
The hotel is good . Although front desk staff and communication is a problem. They missed my Marriott status somehow. So the welcome gifts etc weren’t properly addressed. Rooms are new and clean. Great bathrooms. Room service is a bit slow probably bcs it’s a huge hotel. The rooftop bar is nice . G… lisää
