Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. I tried both a room for and a large suite. The hotel is very beautiful inside. “One of the best hotels I stayed in China”

A Perfect hotel on all counts. The property is new and beautiful service was impeccable. The executive lounge is very beautiful and the service of the staff was amazing. At breakfast the chef Mr ziv did everything to accommodate my special dietary needs. This hotel is highly recommend.

The reception was fine and also a bit better than expected, as I had previously read in other customer reviews that they don't understand a word of English. This is not true, basic communication was possible. The room was large, new and clean. The mattress was good and the bathroom facilities were adequate. The room had a carpeted floor (not necessarily common in China). Unfortunately the minibar was completely empty. I will never understand why it always has to be like this in China. A certain basic equipment with some soft drinks, beer and wine and a few snacks could have been offered, even for a fee. Breakfast is served in a bright, friendly room. The breakfast itself is Chinese with a small international touch. In other words, there is bread and butter, some cold cuts and (very good) coffee from European coffee machines. The breakfast selection was too small for an international 4-star hotel. The "lounge" was a disappointment. In the documents in the room it says that the lounge is open from 6:30 - 23:30. In fact, however, there is only service from 14:00 to 18:00. During this time there is coffee and tea with small snacks. There were no hot dishes, which you would expect from a lounge. There are plenty of seating areas to meet up. Unfortunately, there is no good bar where you can meet for a drink. The swimming pool is very large, in very good condition and comfortable.
