“Beautiful, quiet, pleasant stay!”

We hosted a group in Athens, and we all stayed here. Everyone was really pleased. The rooms are lovely. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and we highly recommend that. There was a comfortable bed, nice shower, great air conditioning, the special touch of a kettle and espresso machine with capsules, daily housekeeping and very generous breakfast. We also used the conference room, and it was perfect for our group meetings. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely host another group here!

We used the Apollo Palm Hotel in Athens to host the speakers and participants in our international conference. We were all very pleased by the warm welcome, the kind staff who went over and above to accommodate us, the rich breakfast (many of our guests kept commenting on how great the breakfast was), the atmosphere, the attention to detail. The cookies and the lemonade in the Lobby were adding an extra touch. The palm trees in the court yard made it great for photo shoots. The rooms and the public bathrooms were always clean, the hospitality team were very friendly and smilie. As the organizer of the group I had the privilege to work closely with Christina, the sales manager of the hotel! If I could give a 10-star review for her, I would definitely do it. She is exceptional!!!

“Doesn’t live up to price or expectations”

This hotel is in the ‘downtown’ area of Athens, lots of rooftop bars & places to eat. In the midst of gentrification. It was expensive to stay & the first room we were given was not adequate. This hotel is in the ‘downtown’ area of Athens, lots of rooftop bars & places to eat. In the midst of gentrification. It was expensive to stay & the first room we were given was not adequate. On the first floor, people opposite could look straight into our window, the layout was peculiar, it looked like they were trying to make a single room into a double with one double bed & one single bed, and a curtain between them. The tap in the bathroom was loose, the bathroom overall was very basic and the carpet looked worn & dirty. They refer to their rooms at ‘suites’ at this hotel. I don’t think that’s accurate. I asked to be moved & they were very obliging & friendly about it & moved us to the second floor which was a better room. The carpet was cleaner, the bathroom was ok. Breakfast on the rooftop in the morning was nice with the acropolis in the distance but given that this is a very up and coming area the views aren’t great. I wouldn’t stay again given the price vs amenities.
