In one word: Amazing! It is our first visit in Athens and we found the best place! The hotel is not big, it is located in the center : around 5-10 minutes from the Main Street (Ermou), around 15-20 minutes from most special areas to tour (Monastiraki, Psyri, Plaka etc…). The breakfast was great (very many things and good for sure..) and the lady that serves breakfast is amazing. The people working in the hotel are always welcoming and helping with a smile. We even have had a problem that needed to have medical assistant and the lady in the front desk (Marintina) really helped us - contacting medical assistance not far from the hotel and this helped us taking care for the issue and not needed to go to the hospital. And we felt really that she cares. If you are traveling Athens - this is the perfect place. It’s almost like family!

We stayed at this hotel last year and we really liked it, so we chose to book it again. Unfortunately this time, our room was not what we expected (we booked the same exact type of room). We stayed at this hotel last year and we really liked it, so we chose to book it again. Unfortunately this time, our room was not what we expected (we booked the same exact type of room). The room was in the ground floor so we didn't feel confortable opening the window, and something was wrong with the sewage. There was a very bad smell coming from the toilet room and that was very unpleasant. The sink was outside the toilet and with no space at all to put any of your stuff, which is not convenient at all. And the water in the shower couldn't go down easily. This room had such a weird space configuration and had its issues. But we will give it an other chance as we really liked it the first time.
