“Nice hotel before or after cruise”

Nice find close to cruise port and lots of resturants. Rooms are small but we expected that. The real advantage is the staff, super helpful and friendly!!

Coming from the tourism industry myself, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to the entire hotel team. Knowing from personal experience how difficult it is nowadays to find the right people, I truly appreciated the professionalism of the staff at the reception, in service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Everyone was excellent. However, it is clear that behind such a well-coordinated team there is also a person who leads and brings them together. The person who selected and guided this team truly deserves special recognition and many congratulations.

I had an excellent stay at Mitsis N'U Piraeus. The room was super modern, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being a busy part of the city, the rooms were tranquil. The hotel's proximity to the port was a significant factor in choosing this hotel. I had an early ferry, so I was able to walk over to catch it easily. A standout feature was the restaurant in the lobby. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service attentive, making it a great option whether arriving late or enjoying a relaxed meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, this hotel delivers, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Piraeus.

“Confusing room features”

A well appointed new hotel in a good position, however it is packed with technology that can confuse when entering the room, especially if tired and your eyesight is not good in the dark. A well appointed new hotel in a good position, however it is packed with technology that can confuse when entering the room, especially if tired and your eyesight is not good in the dark. Arriving after a long day with little sleep it was hard to spot and read the buttons especially as the room was not well lite. Then the TV came on without warning just as I was planning to sleep! There was no obvious way to turn it off. The whole situation was saved by the young receptionist who changed my room for a better life one, then explained where everything was. You shouldn't have to face confusion on entering and things should be kept simple. I use on average a hotel a week and so have plenty of experience. I would have marked this hotel as 1cout of 5 without the prompt thinking of the receptionist.
