We felt very much at home at the Hotel Neoma. All the staff impressed us with their warmth, helpfulness and friendly service. Our room was very clean and spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom modern and pleasant. A delicious breakfast was served, and we could choose from a menu. The hotel is located not far from the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and the Agora; everything is within easy walking distance. The Syngrou-Fix metro station is about a 5-10 minute walk away and can only be reached via a very steep road. We recommend the hotel’s friendly airport shuttle service if you’re travelling with luggage. The hotel asked us for honest feedback, so here are a few suggestions: We would have liked a few extra hooks in the bathroom for drying towels, so that we could use them a second time. In the breakfast area, the benches are very low, meaning you could only eat in an uncomfortable position; a few cushions would therefore be helpful. The highlight of the hotel, however, is the roof terrace with the restaurant/bar area. From here, you have a breathtaking view of the Acropolis and the city surroundings. Wonderful. We highly recommend the Hotel Neoma!

Perfect Hotel for a stay in Athens. 10 minute walk from Syngrou-Fix. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Great views from the rooftop bar. Probably the worst lighting system design of a hotel room in the world. There are all kinds of switches, some with strange names, others unmarked. After four days I was still guessing. Worst of all, the strip light over the bed could not be turned off, I had to call the front desk for it. But it came on in the middle of one of the nights on its own waking me up. When I complained in the morning the manager was not available to deal with it. In other aspects, the room would have deserved a four star rating.
