We had a wonderful one-night stay at Ostria Sea Side Hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The hotel is perfectly located on the outskirts of Hanioti, just a short walk to the centre while still feeling peaceful. Having direct access to the beach is a huge bonus, and there were plenty of sun loungers available for guests. Our room was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The ocean-facing balcony was a beautiful touch, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a great location with exceptional staff Christina was lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanioti.

“A SMALL HOTEL BUT BIG EXPERIENCE”

great location as we could access everything in town maybe in 100meters . the bed and room was really ok and breakfast was really good. service with good vibes will make us come back again on this september

We had a positive experience here. The room and view that we had was excellent, very spacious and modern with the amenities required. The location is great to reach the local shops/restaurants and the staff are all very helpful and professional. In terms of constructive feedback, the rainfall shower head in our room was not working and although reporting it, nothing was communicated regarding the status of a potential repair. It was not an issue as we had a handheld shower but it would have been nice to have received some follow up. Additionally, we asked for alternative (oat) milk at breakfast, it was not available at the time which is fine, however we were told it would be available the following morning but unfortunately it was not. We asked a few days later and the same response was received. This is a shame as it appears that our request was not taken seriously and/or there is a slight lack of attention to detail in the restaurant. Overall however, the stay was nice and we would recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel. The service is amazing. The food (breakfast, restaurant, bar) is above average and oftentimes better than what some restaurants in the area offer. The view is really nice. This is a nice hotel. The service is amazing. The food (breakfast, restaurant, bar) is above average and oftentimes better than what some restaurants in the area offer. The view is really nice. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious. The whole place is very relaxing. Two disadvantages: No guaranteed parking (there are ~6 spots up-front), and the pool is quite small, and not favourably located (it is located up-front and it is visible from the road).
