Just returned from a week at this lovely resort, I was slightly apprehensive due to the poor feedback, but glad I ignored it! The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet spot. But you can also walk easily into Samos town, 15 mins. The rooms were lovely and clean, maid service daily if required. Fridge and safe in the rooms. Small shop about 5 minute walk away if needed. All inclusive food was far better than expected having read the reviews, plenty of choice, always a different rice and pasta dish, fries and a potato dish too, plenty of salads, meat and fish dishes every lunch and evening, and the drinks were more than acceptable for the price paid for the holiday. My only gripe was that their were no sugar free drinks available, but as we had a diabetic child this was soon rectified without any fuss. All staff were friendly and kind, just remember smiling is contagious, it is likely if you are miserable with them they will probably be miserable back, this in reference to previous feedback below! Morning and afternoon toasties and cakes seemed strange on the first day, but was most welcome! the cake was just divine. The pool was lovely, the beach was too, relaxing atmosphere, and peace and quiet. We went for a quiet family week around the pool with food and drinks included and this hotel did not disappoint. We have travelled to many places in Greece and prefer these smaller not too commercialised resorts. If you love 'un-spoilt' give this hotel a go. I would most definitely consider another holiday at this resort.

“Can't wait to go back...”

Just got back from a week here and want to go back already. Room was up to standard and cleaned everyday throughly! Just got back from a week here and want to go back already. Room was up to standard and cleaned everyday throughly! Despite the other reviews there is hot water and AC and all in all are very comfortable... Restaurant was amazing, George (the cook!) and all the waiters were super friendly. Shoutout to Stayros who always had a smile on his face and would go above and beyond for you! Food was really good, couldn't wait for meal times each day, not to mention the insane view of the ocean whilst eating. Pool was great, always had sun beds and unlimited lemonade/ice tea/beer/samos wine was a dream. Toasties were epic, ate about a million a day. Bar staff were incredible, so friendly. Dimitris works all day everyday and still gets you everything you need with pleasure. In contrast to the below review, the 'young barman' Panos was super polite, always willing to get you whatever you need, really felt welcome. Greek night was a huge highlight, owners of the hotel invited us to smash plates, drink Ouzo and have lots of fun with them. Beach is so picturesque, water is warm and you can swim to the rocks. Views are so panoramic, Im still missing them! You can walk into town super easily, gorgeous port to wander. Lots of shops and bars/cafes. We went to a cocktail bar called Escape (just up the hill) which does the most insane cocktails. It also overlooks the ocean which was so beautiful in the evening. We went to another cocktail bar in the town called Solid and had equally good cocktails here, one had nutella spread round the rim, which was heaven!! The wine museum is also worth a visit for 2euro, little museum and wine tasting, bit more of a trek but worth it! All in all, had the most incredible time for what we paid and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing get away. Missing all the staff already!!!! CAN I GO BACK YET??

“Good holiday, but...”

We spent two weeks at the Samian Blue Resort in July 2016. The rooms were OK, (lots of spiders), a little uncomfortable bed, but ok. The cleaning everyday was super, towels were changed daily, sheets every other day. Very friendly staff (cleaning). The wifi in the rooms were variable, it worked better at the pool. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly, the food was OK, but in the two weeks it started to feel very unvaried, the same pattern everyday. The bar staff instead was pretty rude, only the older guy in the morning was nice, the younger staff was unfriendly to us, felt like other customer closer to their age were treated better. Everytime you ordered a beer, you got a look and a question "another one?".. also they kept asking multiple times, "when are you leaving". This question was asked daily in the end of our vacation, felt like we weren't welcome anymore. Also the young bar boy, was too cocky. Felt like he didn't want to serve us at all. We were behaving nicely to everyone, weren't drunk or caused any problems at the hotel, so it felt a bit disturbing why we were treated the way we were. Also it was a bit unpleasent that the staff's children were jumping in and out in the pools, making a mess around them, customers didn't want to get into the pool while the kids were jumping on you. It was uncomfortable and they were pretty loud. Also the all inclusive option was a dissapointment, you only got a toast with ham and cheese in the pool - only two times a day for one hour.. really?? and just beer, ouzo and brandy, along with some soft drinks. If you pay as much as we did, would've expected more choices in the bar.. a dissapointment. overall it was on OK for just sunbathing and relaxing, but wouldn't recommend it much.

“Samos Amazing, Hotel Ok”

Stayed here for the last 2 weeks of sepetember, Amazing holiday better then we expeceted.. We have room 327 with a sea view. Stayed here for the last 2 weeks of sepetember, Amazing holiday better then we expeceted.. We have room 327 with a sea view. The only bad thing we had was the food at the hotel, however this is 3 star so dont go expecting brillant greek food. We actaully only had breakfast here and ate out most of the time, the restraunt next door was our favorite. We hired a car for 4 days and got out to explore, Our favourite place was livadki beach you only have to look at the reviews on trip advisor to make your mind up. Samos town was very quiet, If we were to come again we would come in season, We felt like the only tourists down there sometimes. If your after a hotel just to sun bathe for two week i wouldnt recomend this, if you after a place to to chill some days and explore the next its perfect, cheap , drinks all inclusive, but just dont get to excited about the food Staff were happy, and helpful. Just dont look into the other reviews too much, go and enjoy, We were worried after seeing the DO NOT GO ETC, but for the price and 2 weeks of sun and amazing beaches you really cant compalin.
