“A class above”

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. This is the only hotel in Greece I've visited that has a bathroom fan to suck up the steam, which is a real plus in my books. Thank you for the amazing experience.

All the rest is like before excellent, this time I had also a dinner and the plates were very good indeed. The area in Grammos mountais is magnificent (Aliakmon river, villages like Grammos, Livadotopi, Pefkos etc) The stuff of the hotel is a great capital for the hotel, I hope that the management understands the meaning of the high quality of his stuff. The cost is very reasonable for this kind of hotel.

We spent two nights at the Afkos Grammos Hotel Resort. It is not the kind of hotel that you would expect to find in mountainous northern Greece. It fully deserves its four stars, if not more, Everything about this hotel is impressive. The reception and the area around it are decorated by wonderful items, most of them expensive pieces brought from Morocco. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the people working there, and not just at the reception, make you feel welcome and attend to all your needs with a smile. The rooms are bigger than average and very clean, the bathroom has all the amenities that a traveler may require and the view of the mountains from the balcony is just stunning, Breakfast as well as the buffet dinner offered many choices but, and this is a personal opinion, the food did not taste as good as it looked. Maybe, this is the only weak point that we found at this hotel. Would I recommend this hotel to you ? Oh yes, definitely.
