We came well prepared after reading all the reviews. We were greeted by a wonderful older gentleman in the reception, he was super friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking space available. The location is absolutely superb. It's on the beach, it's in the village, there's a good super market right next to the resort, it's perfect when it comes to location! We had a family bungalow which was totally adequate. It's basic, but good size. Beds are hard, as usual in Greece. Shower room / toilet was in good shape and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a good size balcony to the garden, good for a chill in the afternoon. Not having a sea view is no issue, as you spend all day at the pool (with amazing sea view) or at the beach. We crossed the lawn just one time to hop directly to our balcony and the next day we received notice of that by the receptionist, for not to do it again. That felt a bit unnecessary. We were early in the season and didn't take the AC with extra cost and it was fine. Note that the AC is only in one bedroom. Negative was that the fridge was quite small and there were no kitchen utilities. Not even a kettle. Just four drinking glasses, that's it. Oh and a small remark that the drinking glasses were not washed / replaced during our 9 day stay by the cleaners. As there isn't any sort of kitchen, it would be cool for the house keeping to clean the glasses every once in a while. The breakfast was always a special experience. The food was okay-ish. We had quite low expectations, so we were slightly positively surprised and had breakfast every morning in the restaurant. We were prepared to go out, but it was fine enough. The thing was that the two staff members were doing constant surveillance on the customers. It was borderline annoying, we really felt being watched all the time. We didn't let it get under our skin, after all it was holiday. Funny touch at the end of each breakfast was when we thanked the other server when leaving, the response was always a very serious: "okay". The pool is fantastic. It's as good as it looks in the pictures! My 132 cm son was able to tip toe on the bottom even at the deeper end, so we felt safe. There were a bunch of rules stated on the walls, but fortunately the strict rules were not enforced. So we were happy to jump into the pool and do other shady things like sometimes use the towels from the room and bring a couple of our own drinks to the pool. There is a beach bar really close to the pool where you can purchase cold beers / soft drinks / water / ice cream/ potato chips to the pool. Prices were a bit on the high side, except that water and chips were very affordable. All in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel. We knew we have to accept some minor negatives, but in return we got an amazing location, beautiful big pool, beach access, fantastic scenery, two bedrooms and a great holiday for a very reasonable price.

“Spacy, quiet and clean”

The Property has the best Location, spacious Rooms and Balcony, and the big Garden and free Space outside the Rooms make a quiet and good Ipression, no matter of a partially unrenovated Bathrooms. New, Quality Matraces, Towels and Bed Sheets. Good Service. Really good one for the Price.

It definitely needs improvement in furniture and bathrooms. Both look a little bit old. Also with restaurant they can do better. It has a view to the sea but, they glass doors are closed so you can't enjoy the view as you should. Food is OK. At least dinner was tasty even though it looks boring. D… lisää

Dishes makes you feel home from the taste. You have to pay 2 euros to get a bottle of water of 1.5 l. There is no option for breakfast to drink beside coffe which was not really tasty. But if you are an easy going person who tend to focus on what's good there's a lot of good points. Location couldn't be better. Near of the city and near the beach. No noises in the hotel from the city. There's a beautiful garden in the middle of the resort and between bungalows. There are also olives. Makes you feel you're far away from the noise of the city even though you couldn't be any nearer then that. The beach is nice. Clear water. Really suitable even for those who can't swimm. Staff is polite. The sir at the reception really helpful and nice with clients. Also the other part of the staff was nice and helpful. Bars, coctail bars, restaurants, gyros, shops everything really close. I think is very suitable place for families with children. It is the best located hotel, so they can definitely try to invest a little bit more in the above topics since it will be totally worth it.
