This was our 4th time staying at an Acrotel property, and once again, we had a really enjoyable experience , this time at Acrotel Lily Ann Boutique Hotel in Nikiti. The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to a private beach that’s clean, quiet, and perfect for families. One of the things that keeps us coming back is the hospitality. A special mention to Nafsika at the front office, always helpful, professional, and incredibly guest-oriented. She was a real pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Vanessa and Konstantina were so warm and friendly. They always greeted us and our kids with big smiles and made every meal feel relaxed and pleasant. Christos, the service supervisor, was also fantastic—professional, kind, and clearly leading the team with care. The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful. However, cleaning in some public areas could be improved, and the breakfast menu felt a bit limited, especially in terms of non-pork meat options. That said, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for families; great beach, lovely staff, and a calm setting. We’d also like to congratulate the hotel manager for putting together and leading such a genuinely strong and welcoming team. It’s the people that make a difference, and your team certainly does! I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel right by the sea , and it was a fantastic experience.The hotel offers a beautifully organised beach just steps away, perfect for relaxing and a big parking next to the hotel.The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was fresh at breakfast and dinner buffet and very tasty.The rooms were clean and well-equipped making as feel like home.The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway by the sea.We will definitely be returning!!!

“Friendly staff and nice facilities, but food and menu need improvement”

We stayed in May, and although we didn’t swim in the sea, we used other hotel facilities. The beach is nicely maintained, and the restaurant service was excellent with very friendly staff. We stayed in May, and although we didn’t swim in the sea, we used other hotel facilities. The beach is nicely maintained, and the restaurant service was excellent with very friendly staff. We especially want to praise the ladies at the reception, who were extremely kind and very helpful with all our questions and requests. The food was average – the selection was limited, and often some of the better dishes were gone within the first half hour. It was annoying to see the restaurant manager every evening walking around explaining how the food should be served and presented, even though the lady working there was already doing everything perfectly. Our suggestion to the restaurant manager is to create a better menu and ensure enough food is available until the end of dinner service. Dinner for hotel guests has a 20% discount, which is reasonable, but for €35 per person we expected much more. The value for money was not satisfactory.
