“What a superb start.”
We arrived here late last night and so far the staff have been exceptional. Every single one has been so kind, polite and attentive. We are vegan and they really have been attentive to our requirements. A huge thank you to the outstanding staff who have made us feel so welcome.

“Lovely hotel, excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff.”
This hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We were unhappy with the location of our superior room which overlooked a car park. “Disapointing”
We went with our son who had his own room he was in D block we were put in E block only those in D and C could use the top pool which was quieter than the other one as we were in E block we could'nt use it did' nt make sence really. “Need to review policy when guests have emergency health situations”
We had a lovely holiday, until my husband became very poorly the hotel did not have any idea how to deal with a medical emergency situation, they called a ambulance, no support, not helpful, this should be looked at and a plan should be put in place for guests, as I’m sure these situations will hap… lisää
