“Outstanding hotel in the middle of nature.”

We had two days there. A beautiful room with a great view over the valley. Food was good and the service, staff and owners very friendly and helpful. Stayed here with the family(3 kids) for 3 days during early January 2018.This is a block of individual small buildings (plus the lobby) which is laying in a hillside as you enter the village of Ano Chora.Fairly new(est.2005) ,is a family run small property ,very warm(in every way) with great staff and owners.We had a great stay , almost everything were ok.Breakfast and dinner above average.A lot of taverns nearby and hiking trails all over.It is about 1 h 30 m from Naupaktos in a relatively ``interesting `` incline.Outstanding nature ,good food ,relax and snow-game.What more do you except.Of course there are some more improvement steps to take place: Eiter at the hard product (sound proofing-doors maintain) or the soft one ( detailed room cleaness).But these doesn`t spoil the overall great stay.Recommended.

(+) Perfect view of mountains over a stream IN the forrest. Huge rooms. Lovely dining hall. Warmth (literal an metaphoric). Super-friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Good food and breakfast -and demi-sec wine. In pretty village. Wood-stocked fireplace(!). Excellent off-road and country rides arou… lisää

(-) unfinished/hasty build of the room we stayed in (Rose) ie no place to put toiletries, minor smell of sewer, super-noisy fan, no shower holder, we made the bed ourselves when we arrived. Prices as expected. General notes: 1) in times of snow and ice do NOT go to the top parking unless equipped well. Also beware of slippery steps! There are lots of them. 2) breakfast is set, not buffet but you should ask beforehand.
