Set back on the hillside as a sloping unobtrusive building that doesn't look ugly in amongst the treecovered hillside, the apartments give a beautiful view of the Sea from nearly every apartment. I got a studio on the same floor as reception and once I had been there was just sorry I hadn't booked it for my whole trip. Just outside my door was the garden, full of fruits and flowers growing profusely, especially the scent of jasmine comes in through the whole apartment. Which was massive, with a high ceiling that made it seem even bigger. This high up I had no trouble with mosquitoes like I had further down the hill. The rooms are tastefully finished in white and olive green. The reception staff were lovely, but beware of the lady who cleans but seems to think she is a bouncer as well. Apart from her the whole place was idyllic. Well fitted out with all you need to make your own meals if wanted, though it seems easier and sometimes cheaper to dine out.

Poroksen ”keskusta” noin 1,5 km:n päässä (vartti kävellen tai 4 eur taksilla) jossa isompi ruokakauppa kelpo hinnoin ja myös laajemmat palvelut saatavilla. Kilometrin etäisyydellä pyörä- ja mopovuokraamo jonka kautta koko saarta pääsee tutustumaan helposti. Huoneisto siisti (päivittäisellä siivouksella) ja skandinaaviseen tyyliin sisustettu, keittiössä välineet ja astiat ruokien tekoon, hotellissa peruspalvelut jotka omatoimimatkailijalle varsin riittävät. Ystävällinen henkilökunta joka auttaa jos jotain puutteita on. Erityismainintana upeat näköalat aamusta iltaan isolta terassilta, jossa kelpaa paistatella päivää tai nauttia aamupalaa. Hotellin hintataso erittäin hyvä alueen muuhun hintatasoon nähden.

“High position, near the beaches”

The apartments are well located, in a high position, few minutes by car from several beaches. The one we received at the beginning was spacious, however the furniture was quite old and probably needed to be renovated. We have been moved in a different one because of a problem, and it was far better… lisää

The apartments are well located, in a high position, few minutes by car from several beaches. The one we received at the beginning was spacious, however the furniture was quite old and probably needed to be renovated. We have been moved in a different one because of a problem, and it was far better than the previous. Very nice view over the sea from the balcony. I would recommend high floors.
