We’re staying here now 2 rooms family of 4. Location is excellent with parking that’s much needed here. Front desk staff is very pleasant and nice. Rooms are good all with views. We’re staying here now 2 rooms family of 4. Location is excellent with parking that’s much needed here. Front desk staff is very pleasant and nice. Rooms are good all with views. Housekeeping staff polite but very loud. The biggest disappointment and insult was the lady working in the lobby bar. We were gifted a nice bottle of Champagne by friends. I had asked permission if I could enjoy it with my family in the lobby bar ( rather the. The 4 of us have it on the room) where there was no where to really sit but the bed. The lady ; will get her name) was rude when we asked her for some glasses ( we did tip her) and then proceeded to ask us for a 30 euro corking fee!! Also when we told her we had gotten permission I saw her running to ask, as accusing me of lying!! . . Other people that witnessed the entire episode said “ the staff is not cultured “, and that it was obnoxious. It’s too bad that this happened as I work with one of the largest agencies In NYC and I felt insulted from this woman. She. Could have been graceful but apparently has no customer service skills ir as other. Itinerary that witnessed what happened said not cultured and just seasonal staff. The night before my husband and I had drinks in the same bar, the gentleman from the Ukraine working there was very nice. Ofcourse we ordered from the menu but if it had been her I don’t think her attitude would be any better. She obviously has not travelled or has experience.

I was on a business trip for 2 nights and our company booked us this hotel in the centre of Arahova. It's in a magnificent spot right next to everything. It's quite, clean, comfy to walk around everywhere and with a fantastic view to the mountains. Also warm rooms and convenient parking for your ca… lisää

I was on a business trip for 2 nights and our company booked us this hotel in the centre of Arahova. It's in a magnificent spot right next to everything. It's quite, clean, comfy to walk around everywhere and with a fantastic view to the mountains. Also warm rooms and convenient parking for your car. I would suggest it without a doubt!

“It was GOOD-OKAY”

Pros: - The hotel has an excellent location, walking distance from most taverns, shops and center. - The view from my room was nice, good to take pictures  - Rooms are spacious. - The lobby has a nice warm environment, nice to enjoy a drink or tea. Pros: - The hotel has an excellent location, walking distance from most taverns, shops and center. - The view from my room was nice, good to take pictures  - Rooms are spacious. - The lobby has a nice warm environment, nice to enjoy a drink or tea. Cons: - Random water leaks from the toilet in room 107 (Nothing major… random water puddles seemed to appear out of nowhere), Since my stay was short I did not want to waste time asking for assistance/ having a plumber in my room etc., so I cleaned it myself - Gym was not functioning. I love working out in the mornings and since I saw online that the hotel provided a Gym I brought my workout attire… What a waste of space in my luggage  - Rooms provide slippers, but do not provide robes. I found this surprising since this is mandatory in 5 stars hotels. - During the last night of my stay around 4:00 am… I was coming back to the hotel, tired and exhausted, to find a RAT in my room. Thankfully, my sister was able to scare the rat and we never saw it again… Hopefully it left or went back to the rat-hole it came out from. - Mini Bar Overpriced. Buy snacks from the ‘’Periptero’’/kiosk downstairs… - Requested late check-out but it was not possible since the hotel was closing. I understand if another guest would be checking in after me… but the hotel was CLOSING… I do not understand what was the problem… I was willing to pay extra.
