“A very charming place”
We stayed several days in December and very much enjoyed our stay. Maria Dolores, the owner, is a wonderful host and is very pleasant and helpful. “A charming refuge in a magical location”
I stayed at La Casa en el Bosque for two nights during Dia de los Muertos in 2013. There were 5 of us in our group and we stayed in cabins 4 and 5 (these can share a common living room/kitchenette). “We enjoyed our stay even though it is short”
We arrived the hotel late - 11pm, but the owner waited for us, and explained to us everything in details. The room is big and the bed comfortable and warm. Next day we had breakfast in the courtyard. “Lovely and perfectly clean”
Everybody in La Casa en el Bosque went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Our cabin was spacious, quiet, surrounded by flowering plants and with a marvelous view of the town. “Very nice place”
Green and quiet place to sleep far from downtown (it costs 30mxn to reach it by taxi). "Cabanas" are ideal for families. Owner is very attentive and breakfast is plentifull. For our next visit, one guesthouse : la casa en el bosque, for sure!
