“Great Experience”
Stayed for 6 nights. I was on the 6th floor so can't speak on the underground floors but I had an exceptional experience. As an American I specifically looked for a room with AC and one that's more spacious than the regular London hotel room. Found both here. Room isn't American hotel size but … lisää

“Clean, well-equipped room and hotel”
Don't be put off by negative reviews on here. I stayed on 5th floor, room 514 and it was lovely. TV, large comfy bed and decent pillows and mattress, seating area, loads of plug sockets, multiple mirrors and EXCELLENT DAY LIGHT! Floors 4-6 have proper windows you can see out of.
