Great stay at the Hyatt. Two blocks and close to the Aldgate East underground stop for easy access to get around town. We arrived in London on an early flight and Enrico, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in. There is also a Starbucks right next store. The room was comfortable, clean, and good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Loved the rooftop bar after a long day of sightseeing. The bartender, she was very friendly and provided my wife with a blanket since it was cold outside. The location may not be the closest to the main sites but with the underground stop very close made it worth it for the price. Recommend staying at this Hyatt. n

Nice enough stay. Decent location, however very basic. Wouldn't return unfortunately.

I thought the hotel was very nice. However I was there for business reasons and I was put in 103 and the room it self was very spacious and clean. Shower didn’t have any water pressure. Also service left was very loud and I understand I work in the hotel industry. That staff need to use that to get… lisää

I thought the hotel was very nice. However I was there for business reasons and I was put in 103 and the room it self was very spacious and clean. Shower didn’t have any water pressure. Also service left was very loud and I understand I work in the hotel industry. That staff need to use that to get things from function spacesfrom rooms. Everything like that but I would suggest not to put gas down the service elevator when it’s that loud at that time of night did contact the Front Desk and complain I got a message back from the night manager about 40 minutes later saying he could move me but when was that late at night? I has an early business call the next morning it wasn’t a good time pack up and move. Otherwise the hotel was very pleasant and I would return but I would reach out to hotel before and get room away from service lift.
