We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Lincoln Suites and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, Annette and her incredible team of angels went above and beyond—truly running around the clock to ensure we were comfortable, supported, and completely looked after. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made all the difference. Our room was immaculate, with a superb kitchenette and a beautifully appointed bathroom. Everything was maintained to the highest standard, with the beds regularly refreshed and the beverage caddy consistently restocked—small touches that made our stay feel effortless and luxurious. The location is perfect, tucked into a wonderfully convenient part of London while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. We had such a delightful stay and genuinely cannot wait to return. And somehow, they even managed to arrange some of the finest weather London has ever had for us! A truly outstanding team delivering an unforgettable experience—highly recommended.

“Great location, spacious and clean apartment, and courteous and attentive staff.”

I lived this hotel since it was convenient to the Holborn Tube Station, and an easy walk to everything I wanted to do in Holborn, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, SoHo, and The Strand. I lived this hotel since it was convenient to the Holborn Tube Station, and an easy walk to everything I wanted to do in Holborn, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, SoHo, and The Strand. The apartment was spacious, clean, decently appointed and the staff were courteous and attentive. There was no hot water on the second morning, which was disappointing and physically shocking to take a cold shower, but the problem is by the end of the day and the staff left a lovely apology note in my room with two bags of crisps and two sodas, which was much appreciated.

I stayed along with my Nan for her 80th birthday. Great location (£9 in a black cab from Charing Cross) just 5 mins walk from the centre of Covent Garden. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were wonderful, especially Alesha or Aisha (don’t quite catch her name) who was very accommodating and friendly. “Great choice ,especially the family suite”

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in the one bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was useful . Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in the one bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was useful . There was a washer dryer too which was v convenient.. large windows looked out onto the main road and loved the central location of the hotel. This time we took the uber or walked to most places .. the points to note are tube station a short distance away and the rooms cleaned only every 4 days (or 5 don’t recollect)but though beds were not done or room not cleaned .. fresh towels were left on request and the dust bin was cleared daily. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
