“Friendly reception, comfortable room, nice pool on the top”

Friendly reception, and they generously granted me a late check out. I was particularly comfortable in this hotel and I would consider returning here.

We are only 2 nights into a 6 night stay and completely impressed by Akeah. Firstly, the welcome was excellent. I revived a WhatsApp moments after checking asking if there as anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable. Rooms are compact but immaculately clean and offer most amenities you would need. We received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in. When I took the room temperature wine down to the bar and asked for them to open it with a corkscrew, the Barman immediately (and without promoting) swapped my lukewarm bottle for an ice-cold one that was ready to drink. That's service done right! Breakfast is excellent and more in keeping with a luxury hotel than a budget Hostal-style hotel. All ingredients from butter to jma to juice are all high quality local ingredients, not budget catering supply quality. Just about everything is on offer including a diverse array of la carte options including crepes, smoked salmon bagels, avocado toasts and much more. Every staff member is so friendly, and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs. The swimming pool is modestly sized but crucially it is heated so if you want to burn off a few calories you can! I would 100% be returning to this hotel.

Although the room is a bit small, the staff and services more than make up for it. Everyone genuinely tries to make you feel comfortable and helps with anything you might need. Although the room is a bit small, the staff and services more than make up for it. Everyone genuinely tries to make you feel comfortable and helps with anything you might need. The location is excellent—very central and right next to a metro station, which makes getting around extremely easy. The ladies at the reception are incredibly helpful, and the same goes for the bar staff. We also chose the Valentine’s Day menu, and everything was outstanding. The food was so well prepared, with great care and attention to detail, that we honestly couldn’t finish it all—even though it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for both service and location.

“Girls weekend break”

We stayed in our own individual rooms as a group of five girls on a weekend break. Rooms are perfectly formed and functional for one person- would not have wanted to share! Hotel is brilliantly located close to all central destinations, but on a slightly quieter rd off Gran Via. Breakfast was great… lisää

Hotel is brilliantly located close to all central destinations, but on a slightly quieter rd off Gran Via. Breakfast was great, and roof terrace a real plus.
