Stayed in on 4th floor room with a terrace facing the plaza(opera house). Room spacious, terrace excellent( with a table chairs and a large day bed. Room was spotless and well attended to. The staff accommodated an early check in and kept bags securely while we explored the last day. Staff also arrange a nice table in bar to watch the Spain World Cup final when we struggled to get a place to watch it. Always happy to recommend a nice restaurant (La Cabana - amazing). I would happy come back and enjoy the facilities again. Pool area was not too large but was always a chair or a subbed if required. Not a negative but a pointer to the hotel would be maybe some better storage for clothes( there is hanging space and shelves), however a drawer or two would have worked well to store some items away(e.g side bed tables with drawers). Amazing hotel and location was perfect with loads local as quiet location but very central ( we walked everwhere).

Loved our stay for 4 nights midst a heatwave. Super helpful reception staff. We did have a few issues and all were dealt with pretty well and really quickly. Rooms were lovely. Loved our stay for 4 nights midst a heatwave. Super helpful reception staff. We did have a few issues and all were dealt with pretty well and really quickly. Rooms were lovely. We had a room on the plaza side and a room on the little square at the back - both had their pros - the plaza was a great view and fun to watch what was going on but noisy at night, the back view was pleasant enough and very quiet (though it is a city so there is some noise). The housekeeping staff were excellent and always very friendly. The pool was sweet and the rooftop area very lovely (though hot - the breeze was very welcome but it made the parasols dangerous so some kind of attention needed there as it's lovely up there in the shade). Ask re swimming trunks, as opposed to tighter briefs or bikini bottoms though - there may be some confusion about what is swimwear and what is outerwear - reception however were very helpful. We didn't go into the restaurant but it looked very nice. The area we were in was ace - we wandered around the city and the public transport was very easy to use (we got a 5 day card from the airport for arnd 30 euros which was also very easy). Staff were really helpful when we had questions. Loads of amenities on the nearby streets. Loved the tapas bar MiniBar. Thanks for a lush stay! If we are ever in Madrid again we would absolutely stay here.

“Calm atmosphere in a great location”

The hotel is in a great, central location yet with a calm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable but lack a little privacy as the shower is in the main bedroom. The hotel was quieter than we expected such a centrally located hotel to be. The service was excellent throughout, we really enjo… lisää

The hotel is in a great, central location yet with a calm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable but lack a little privacy as the shower is in the main bedroom. The hotel was quieter than we expected such a centrally located hotel to be. The service was excellent throughout, we really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and drinks in the bar and the small rooftop pool area is a bonus.

Overall very good. Reception staff and restaurant staff were super helpful and very friendly. Room was very nice and location was great. Overall very good. Reception staff and restaurant staff were super helpful and very friendly. Room was very nice and location was great. Only slight negative was the pool area and skylounge, there isn’t actually a bar up there, the drinks come from the bar area downstairs and we waited 30minutes for our drinks. The pool area is small with only 4/5 sung lounges so we never got to use the pool unfortunately. But overall a very nice hotel with great staff, we would definitely return
