Location: 10/10, within Paradigm Mall. Please take note that the hotel is link ot the mall which only operates after 9am (to access same level GF) & 10am for all levels. Atmosphere: Welcome drinks, popcorns & biscuits are a good initiative to keep the kids busy & entertain while the adults deal with the check in process. Rooms: Cosy, but might want to take note the lighting was dim especially at night. Value/amenities: Consider valuable if we utilise the pool.gym but unfortunately we did not this time. Cleanliness: Average, nothing special. Noise level: we can hear noises at 11pm from the floors above. Also, didnt bother to feedback to the front desk as we just wanted to rest for the next day. Services: Acceptable, nothing special. Except they take into consdieration of getting 2 slices of birthday cakes for my niece & husband. but they did not bother to acknowledge through email & whatsapp.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place JB Paradigm Mall in April 2026, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The standout feature is undoubtedly the direct proximity to Paradigm Mall. Being attached to the largest mall in Johor Bahru made everything effortless. Whether I needed a quick bite, a caffeine fix, or some last-minute retail therapy, I was just steps away. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to drop off shopping bags in the room and head right back out without needing a Grab or a long walk. The room was much more generous in size. The layout is thoughtfully designed and the room was spotless upon arrival. Between the spacious layout, the high standard of cleanliness, and the unparalleled mall access, I’ll definitely be making this my go-to hotel for future visits to JB.

I had a very positive experience with World of Hyatt at Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall during my recent short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. What stood out most was the excellent service from the ground floor concierge who assisted with my check-in on the morning of 23 April. She was professional, efficient, and truly outstanding in her customer service. The hotel’s direct connection to Paradigm Mall was also extremely convenient, making dining and shopping very easy without needing additional transport. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay that I would gladly recommend to others visiting Johor Bahru.
