The recently opened Hilton Glenmarie in Shah Alam is a new addition to the Malaysia Hilton portfolio. It is a beautiful resort that is also very well suited for families with children. The property features a beautiful design and very modern furnishings, complemented by generously spaced rooms. A major highlight is the cooperation with the adjacent country club, which offers a golf course and a 50-meter swimming pool, making it perfect for sports activities. The gym is located there as well. The breakfast selection leaves nothing to be desired. I would especially like to highlight Farah (Front Office Manager) and Sarah. Their exceptional service, outstanding hospitality, and warm professional attitude truly stood out and made my stay memorable. They are a real asset to the hotel.

During my recent stay at the Hilton Hotel Glenmarie, I found myself experiencing a mix of positives and negatives. 1.Room Quality The room itself was decent, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The furnishings were modern, and amenities like Wi-Fi and toiletries were satisfactory. The bed was particularly inviting, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day. 2.Food Options The dining experience was also commendable. The variety of food available was impressive, and the meals I tried were flavorful and well-prepared. There’s a nice balance of local and international cuisine, catering to different tastes. 3.Service Issues However, the service left much to be desired. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking longer than expected, which set an unfortunate tone for the rest of my stay. Similarly, ordering food from the hotel proved to be a test of patience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays that detracted from the overall experience. Overall thoughts While the room and food quality were decent, the slow service during both check-in and dining was a significant drawback. Improving these aspects could elevate the experience considerably. If you're considering a stay here, be prepared for potential delays, but enjoy the comfortable accommodations and good food.

Bad experienced for a HILTON group of hotels! No welcoming at the lobby ! Smiling at the guests are costly! Room already allocated as Diamond HH at 501 - Upon checking in room was given to another guest. We feel as we are 2nd hand Hilton Honors after 21 years ! Management looks unprofessional in handling guests ! It takes 1 week to computed my Diamond HH points after several calls n messages! Too many excuses given till the GM did not response n taking the case seriously ! Normally within 48 hrs upon check out - the points should be already computed! Very bad experienced after 21 years as member of HH. Staffs need training / smiles n welcome guests ! Employed right people for the job ! Bad reputation for HILTON chain group . Remove the Hilton name before the words of mouth going around ! Very disappointed ! Diamond HH 861024353
