“I wish all staff are as good as the staff at this hotel”

“Good value for money”
The hotel has a nice riverfront location, with ample spaces for free parking, and great view of the city and the river from the room. “Need TLC and improvement”
We had 2 rooms: family room and double room for 4 nights. Both rooms are spacious, but need maintenance. There are tiny creatures about 1mm in size scattering around the furnitures. Is it bed lice?
