We had such an amazing stay at the St Regis hotel , from the moment we walked into this paradise . The staff are just wonderful and go far and a ove, nothing is too much trouble and they all do this with a genuine care and smile . Janifer and her team of boys, Ilham, Adiel, Am , odin . The bar staff, Bard , Ja ja , Gary . Faiz at the beach grill , Hafiz , diandra and danara, Wilfred , Na na etc , i know i have missed names and i apologise for that . Thank you for this luxury stay. The butler service is amazing , they are always there to help etc . The rooms are so clean , with all the luxuries you need .

Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of extraordinary—and that is not a word I use lightly. From the very first moment, the experience was seamless. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team, especially Rishi, who ensured our check-in was smooth and effortless. We encountered a minor issue with our international card and deposit, but he handled it with such efficiency and calm, offering an immediate and thoughtful solution. That first impression set the tone for everything that followed. To our butler, Shabir—you truly made our stay unforgettable. Your attention to detail, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm elevated every moment. Nothing felt transactional; everything felt intentional. You anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and that level of care is rare. Janifer, your energy was infectious. Every interaction with you brought a smile to our faces. You made us feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely cared for—something that cannot be trained, only felt. What stood out most was the consistency. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, beachside moments, activities, or even our departure—every touchpoint felt thoughtful and refined. Special thanks to Am for guiding us through the batik painting experience with such warmth, and to Hafiz for his attentiveness and excellent recommendations that made our mornings something to look forward to. At the spa, Marta and Jasvinna went above and beyond to curate the perfect package for our special occasion, while Bib and Syu delivered one of the most exceptional massage experiences we’ve ever had—deeply relaxing, precise, and truly memorable. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many five-star establishments around the world—but the level of service at The St. Regis Langkawi genuinely exceeded all expectations. Not just in moments, but consistently, across every single interaction. There are too many wonderful individuals to name, but to everyone who made our stay so special—thank you. You created memories we will carry with us for a long time. We will absolutely be back. And next time, it won’t be soon enough.

5 * plus in our opinion What can I say..... this is quite possibly one of the nicest hotels weve ever stayed in. From the warmest welcome from Miss Kelly and Miss Anna to the ongoing 5* treatment from all of the staff throughout our 17 night stay. Janifer, Recreation Manager is friendly, helpful and informative ..... always greeting you with a big smile and a hug. She runs an amazing team, Ffitri, Ilham, Sahrul, Shun and a special mention to Aidiel and AM who are always on hand with a jug of iced water. Massive thanks to Prem, assistant food and beverage manager for cooking up some special delights for us ... stunning ! The beach is very peaceful. Completely private and well cared for with fresh towels on every sun bed first thing and a drink service throughout the day. The breakfast options are plentiful. From Toast, pastries, eggs cooked to order and an amazing a la carte menu of steak and eggs, lobster omelette and smoked salmon. Special mention to Dameia, Hafiz and Safuan for making every morning such a welcoming experience. The daytime beach bar menu is available from 11am to 11pm with plenty of options including wraps, fries, pizza, steak and seafood and of course a huge selection of cocktails. There are also several on site a la carte options to try during your stay. The St Regis bar is stunning!! A lovely area to sit in the evening. Relax, have a cocktail and enjoy the piano music. The management team are always on hand to answer any questions and participate in an evening ritual of free champagne and a 10 minute traditional welcome with music and a fire show. Special mention to the General Manager, Derek who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute grab taxi into town but what really makes this hotel is its amazing staff who literally cannot do enough for you. Too many to mention them all by name but all equally deserving of praise. This was our first visit but it most certainly won't be our last. Thank you St Regis, Langkawi Mr Sebastian and Miss Rachel

“Luxury and pleasant experience”

I had such a pleasant stay at St Regis. The six-star luxury rooms, facilities, along with the outstanding service and warm hospitality, made the experience unforgettable. Kudos to Derek and his team!
