Our experience here was excellent from the start. Counter staff, Haris was extremely fast and smooth, we had requested for a baby cot and he had upgraded our room to a bigger one because it wouldnt fit in our current one. Overall our stay was good, however there is this slight drain smell at our room and corner end room. Hope to come again more often.

I always stay at Amari Hotel every 2 weeks because I take my family to get medical treatment in Kuala Lumpur. The staff are very kind and polite. The manager and supervisor are also very kind. When my family couldn't go down to the restaurant, they allowed me to bring food to my family's room and they were very understanding. The hotel's location is also very close to the Mid Valley shopping mall and the garden, it only takes 5 minutes to walk. I really enjoy staying at Amari. The room is also very clean and the atmosphere is also very comfortable I will definitely come back to Amari.

We were fortunate to be served by Siva, who assisted us with our room check-in. He went the extra mile to ensure our room was ready and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. He clearly explained the breakfast arrangements, amenities, gym, and swimming pool facilities. When we urgently needed Touch n Go (TNG) cards, he provided helpful information on where and how to obtain them. Siva also recommended visiting Mid Valley, which is conveniently located across the bridge, and shared a quick local guide that helped us plan our outing. Overall, Siva delivered exceptional service. He is thorough, attentive, and truly dedicated to his role as a receptionist. His professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.
