We had a truly wonderful stay at Crown Plaza Kuala Lumpur, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What really made our experience stand out, however, was the incredible service we received from Rajan. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. His kindness, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Whether it was assisting us with our requests, guiding us with local information, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, Rajan’s dedication did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to guest satisfaction, and he truly reflects the high standards of hospitality this hotel offers. “Great Location and friendly staff”

Had a great time at the hotwl with exceptional customer service from all staff, from room staff, breakfast and bar staff to a sepcial shout out to Rajin the concierge. He went over and above on his recomendations which made it a really enjoyable stay. Highly recomend this place with it being in walking distance to the twin towers and a small grab away from many others sites. Plenty of affordable food options close by to suit all budgets and the breakfaast buffet was a great way to start the day. 5 Stars from me.

“Very dissatisfied paying for Zero Service”

Arrived 1st May to spend the long weekend with my wife as it was our Anniversary. Stayed 3days 2 nights. Location _Good. Atmosphere, Rooms, Value, Cleanliness and Service all good. Except for one incident which really made on stay very unpleasant on the first night! We decided to have drinks at the lobby lounge Rhymba when we returned from our dinner, Music was good. My wife and I sat there for a good 10 to 15 minutes. Bar was empty except for another table and ours. Service staff was behind bar counter but did not bother to attend to us. I then walked over to the bar counter and asked for drinks menu and all she did was pointed at the menu. I had to literally bring the menu back to our table to show my wife the lists of drinks available. This particular staff could have at least asked for me to be seated and will bring the drinks list to us but she did not even bother and al she was more interested in with was watching the band performed and gave them applause after each performance. THIS is a 5star hotel and the reception we got was appalling. After making our drinks selection, she did not even come to our table to take our order. I had to approach the duty manager in charge and place the order through him. Can one imagine when duty manager was attending to check in guests. After duty manger took our order she eventually brought the drinks to our table and all she said was enjoy. There was no sincerity in her service I could tell. Duty Manager Mr Adli I must say was very provided very good quality service and even apologized to us. At this point I was already very upset with the attitude of the particular staff which I will not mention her name. After duty manager informed her of our dissatisfaction and dismay at her service she did not make any effort to apologize but instead carried on watching the band perform. I the informed duty manager I very much want to address this incident to higher management. and he told me the Front office manager has been informed Which I told him I would very much like to meet in person the next morning at the club lounge. The Front office manger showed up and informed that he was already aware of the situation and apologized for the incident. Thereafter followed by the Director of Operations who also personally came to apologize. I was not in any need for apologies but truly appreciate their sincerity and effort taken to address this matter. The Head of Operations also informed that they have watched the CCTV and realized my complaint was genuine. All said and done other staff service was excellent! Especially Mr Danny Captain at lobby, Mr Adli Duty Manager, Mr Andrei - lobby, Mr Thinosh Club Lounge, Ms Faith and Ms Shaz Club Lounge, Mr Vicknes and Mr Daniel. All said and done this is a 5 Star hotel where I did not experience 5 star service for that one incident which can project a very negative impact to customers. In all honesty I was very reluctant to pay for the drinks (which was not small amount) for service we did not get. I am certain this will apply to most. Especially more with hospitality sector stressing on providing quality service. I have paid for other services in the hotel and must say the rest provided excellent service. But getting zero service from a so called Supervisor is unacceptable. If I did not complain to the duty manager I probably have to carry the drinks myself.
