Despite being a large hotel , the hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Professionalism ,effeciency and friendlyness of the whole staff turned our stay in a very memorable one!!! Not to forget the amazing breakfast and peacefull swimmingpool area.We had the pleasure to meet the general manager Antonio Zubiaga with who we had a nice moment.We heard that this hotel is rated 4 + ,Well we would really give a 5 star ++.As mentioned in the beginning ALL THE STAFF WAS TOP!!! Still we would like to personally thank you the following staff which made our stay unforgettable,Antonio Zubiaga,Felix Leong,Chef Naz,Rashdan,Esthur,Ruby and Hakim!Thank you ALL ,TOP TEAM!!!!

I recently completed a five-night stay at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its warm atmosphere, stylish design, and welcoming hospitality. The property feels modern and thoughtfully curated, with a strong sense of place that reflects Kuala Lumpur’s culture and character. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. One feature that stood out was the hotel’s WhatsApp service, which allows guests to communicate with the team 24/7. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or would like something delivered to your room, the response is quick and efficient, adding a real level of convenience to the stay. Speaking of service a particular shout out to, Aghitsna Nurrain (geez) who provided me with exceptional service in the 24th level lounge bar, was incredibly professional but maintained a high quality of personable service, well done, a definite asset to the hotel and the IGH Group. The food and beverage offerings were another highlight. The breakfast buffet was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of both local and international options available each morning. The bar on the 24th floor is also a fantastic place to relax after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. Happy hour between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm offers great value, and the views across the city skyline create a wonderful atmosphere for an evening drink. Location-wise, the hotel is extremely convenient. KLCC, including Suria KLCC shopping centre and the iconic Petronas Towers, is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. If the Kuala Lumpur heat and humidity make walking less appealing, a Grab ride is inexpensive and typically costs around MYR 9. The hotel is also located right beside KL Tower, and the 24th (bar) and 25th (pool and gym) floors enjoy spectacular views of both landmarks and the surrounding city skyline. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. One point worth noting for future guests is that some of the lower-floor rooms face an adjacent building on both sides of the Hotel. This is largely unavoidable in a dense city centre filled with high-rise developments, but it does mean that not every room will have a view. If having a city outlook is important to you, it may be worth requesting a higher floor when booking or asking for a room with an unobstructed view. What I particularly appreciated was that, despite the hotel’s central location and popularity, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. The public spaces remained relaxed, and there was always plenty of room to enjoy the facilities comfortably. I would have no hesitation recommending Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur to business travellers, solo travellers, couples, and families alike. With its excellent service, convenient location, quality dining options, impressive views, and unique character, it offers a memorable and enjoyable base from which to explore Kuala Lumpur.

Romzi is such a polished gem . Having done my fourth stay and I feel the obligation to pen this review. Mr Romzi the Assistant Front Desk Office Manager has always been fabulous. He has so much empowerment and he made sure my each stay is complete. His team , Shima was another star. So as Zie, Cayden, Andrea and Michelle and Huja. I can't name of them as the list will be lengthy. Housekeeping team were equally on the point. My room has always been well-appointed, be it a suite or no suite room. This is a boutique hotel with a lot of local inlfuence and intricate design that gives you a home away from home feeling. On my first visit, I fell in love with it instantly. The entire hotel renders you sheer tranquility. Just like an oasis. Breakfast at Wok Star has always been great with the impeccably shined. Andrea, Karthik and Roland and the rest made sure we were fed well. The head Chef Mr Anas was the mastermind of this limited but great dishes. Any hunger pangs would leave the eatery like a happy bird. The swimming pool on top of the building is so Instagram -mable that it is another must go when you stay here. The gym is round the clock yet I have used it once. Silver Monkey is the bar and restaurant which has bagged one of the title being the top 30 bar and restaurant is the place to be. Chef Anas and Chef Nazmy were two brilliant. The other day, Chef Nazmy blew me away with his tantalizing culinary skill and his professionalism at work is simply amazing. All in, this hotel is a must stay for those with a good budget. And it has now become my next playground.
