Besides the beautiful view and beautifully manicured landscape, Jerai Hill Resort has nice indoor restaurant and outdoor cafe overseeing the view, 1000 meter above sea level. 3 weeks ago, We had a church camp with 32 of us staying for 2 nights. Thanks to the Sales Dept, Puan Amira, who was very professional and helpful in making our 2 nights event went without a hitch. Puan Amira was also very communicative during our booking and organizing of the event. The housekeeping and maintenance Services were excellent when we called for them during our stay. The meals (including one night of Steamboat) for our group were very good and sufficient. The restaurant staff are polite and efficient. The bedrooms are clean, spacious with tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge and hairdryer. The common complaints from my group is that the ceiling fans are dirty (there’s no air-con) and top of cupboards not clean. They did not dare put the fan on incase the dirt got thrown all over the room. Some of the bathrooms needs sanitizing and thoroughly disinfecting. Overall, all of us, enjoyed the resort, their facilities and their services. Highly recommend Jerai Hill Resort for a getaway or hosting an event.

My family and I came here for a short retreat during the recent CNY break. It was the first trip here for both my wife and I, as she was curiously interested to come up to Jerai Hill. And, in the midst of the warm weather during that period, it was a pretty good "escape" for us, even if only for one night. From noon onwards until evening, you would probably not feel much difference in the temperatures here. However, come nightfall onwards (until the following morning), and you would be able to feel and enjoy the nice and cool hilltop weather here. Top it off with a nice steamboat dinner at the hotel's restaurant, or you can even dine "al fresco" style and have your meal(s) at their outdoor cafe. Accommodation-wise, the rooms here are housed in single-storey chalet-style units, with these units being spread across the hotel's premises. Most of the rooms here are set up for twin occupancy, although there is a also a small handful of units catered for larger families or groups. From our room's balcony, we had a great view of the paddy field landscape that the state of Kedah is renowned for. All in all, it was a decent and comfortable stay for us during our trip. Although there was a fan and air-cond inside the room, the latter was not needed at all during the night, given the cool night-time temperatures here. Oh, and by the way, with the exception of a karaoke outlet here, do not expect any night-time activities here (e.g. pubs/bars). You just need to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat up here on the hill.

“Best Hideout Discovered in Malaysia with cool fresh Air!”

This is an amazing hideout which many do not know. Beautiful atmoshpere and views awaits you as you reach the peak of the hill and at the resort. it is truly mesmerising. This is an amazing hideout which many do not know. Beautiful atmoshpere and views awaits you as you reach the peak of the hill and at the resort. it is truly mesmerising. We enjoyed our 3days /2 nights vacay and wished could have stayed longer. The place is amazing. The FMB was ok. the view was extra ordinary Executive block has an amazing view however lots of steps and steep slopes so those with Knee or Leg problems can avoid and choose Premium Block which has easy excess to everything.
