We’ve been going to Tripui since 2010 because we keep a boat at nearby Marina Puerto Escondido. We stay there a couple times a year either in the apartments or the rooms while we are working on our boat. They are close and pet friendly so works well as a place to stay when we can’t live on our boat. The restaurant food and staff are great and it the grounds are a beautiful slice of paradise in the desert. Very happy to meet Roberto this time. A wonderful addition to the staff and very helpful.

“Perfect boutique hotel out of the hustle bustle”

Fabulous, sweet boutique hotel, with comfy room (we had balcony with great view of gardens, pool, amazing mountains and Sea of Cortez in the distance. Great little restaurant with delicious dinner choices & a complementary breakfast included.

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary at Hotel TriPui and I couldn't have picked a more quiet, tranquil, and relaxing location. The hotel has 16 rooms with a freshly remodeled pool which is quite big, but also has a section for smaller children. if you're looking for more privacy, they have 4 apartment-type rooms you can rent that are well worth it. We stayed in dept. 304 which has a full kitchen, refrigerator, and a balcony looking over the view of the hotel and the incredible mountains surrounding the hotel. it's about a 3-minute walk away from the main lobby and pool. There are no phones in the rooms however if you get the front desk's phone number and want to order room service, you may call through the front desk and they will transfer you to the restaurant so you don't even have to leave the room. The staff were all incredible from the receptionists to the chefs, waiters, maintenance men, and housekeepers. Juan and Conchita made us a very special dinner that was to die for, huge grilled shrimps wrapped in bacon with four giant octopuses cooked to perfection. The night before I surprised my spouse with room service, two amazing dishes of almejas (Clams) in a savory chipotle sauce with steak fajitas, Not only was the staff friendly and the service wonderful, but the rooms were big, CLEAN, and spacious, surrounded by the mountains and gorgeous flora and fauna that's landscaped every day. You don't have any outside noise other than nature. And just wait until you see the stars at night... an incredible location. The staff went above and beyond when I requested a "couples massage" be sent to our room, they immediately recommended the best masseuses and had them sent to our room so we could receive the massages privately in our room. Señora Alma and all of her staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to solo travelers with campers as there are also RV spaces with hookups, couples, small families, or even groups if they have the availability.

“Lovely evening”

Seven of us ate in the restaurant last evening on their beautiful outdoor patio. The table was beautifully decorated, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable. It’s well worth the drive from Loreto for a special evening. If you like chile rellenos they are the best!
